[Scan-DC] Mid Atlantic milair frequencies

That list was compiled by Ron Perron.  Disappointingly, somebody removed
his name, contact info for updates and notes.

Ron has been kind to share his research with us for years.  Among other
places, I have been posting his mil-air freq list and excellent callsign
list at these links:
