Just wondering if there are any of these in the DMV worth monitoring and
decoding?

Also would like an opinion of the best and easiest P25 phase 1 (or 2)
decoder for RTL-SDR dongles. I am looking to just monitor Loudoun county FD
using SDR#. It would be nice if a programmer would include P25 built into
the software rather than have to add and configure plug-ins. Would even pay
for a program like that :)
