[Scan-DC] Fast chase -Frederick

Wow, that was pretty nuts.  So often the call off chases in Frederick
County.
All suspects are in custody.
At least one suspect was shot after shooting at deputies.
There were at least two additional injuries, one to a member of the public
with a laceration.
Sounds like some property damage, window shot out, to an uninvolved party.
Troopers and deputies are searching for at least one firearm.
