[Scan-DC] World War II Aircraft Will Fly Over D.C. On Friday

I am listening to the 11pm news/weather and he is saying that on Friday morning there will be cloud cover all over the DMV with chance of morning showers, mostly to the South. Do you think they may have to scrub the fly-over??
Based on what I've read, the most activity is coming down the Potomac from Leesburg area, with flyover on the mall and then dispersal to wherever they originally came from.  Sounds like I'm pretty much SOL to see anything by the top of the beltway in Silver Spring.  I did get some great shots of the Army and Navy jets a few months ago, they came right over my house on their way into DC from Baltimore.

FYI Andy: They are not realistic, they are original aircraft. Radio Shack never made airplanes!!

Come to think of it, if these are realistic World War II planes, shouldn't they be using frequencies in the 2 MHz range? 🙂

279.275 UHF Flyover freq

Would guess that there will be a freq in the 123.XXX area for interplane comms.
