[Scan-DC] Fauquier County

DJ...looks like they did switch over to the new P25 Phase II system sometime
last night.   So far, Warrenton & Culpepper County are using Phase II, the
rest are all using Phase I.  No info on Rappahannock County yet.

Fauquier County has been down most of the day. I heard they might be
upgrading but no updated info on on the new system on Radio Reference.
Anyone have any information?
