[Scan-DC] any cab companies still using radios for dispatch?

I BELIEVE THAT BARWOOD AND SUN STILL USE RADIO...TO WHAT DEGREE I DO NOT KNOW. I DO KNOW THAT THE EXECUTIVE SEDAN SERVICES DO US RADIO
