ANDY....I KNOW THE WEST COAST BETTER THAN MOST OTHERS....I WILL NEED A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION. THE VISUAL LOOKS A LOT LIKE THE GROUND NORTH OF THE SFO INTL AIRPORT.....HOWEVER, I WOULD NEED A COUPLE OF ADDITIONAL VISUAL LANDSCAPE SITES..HOPEFULLY..I CAN ASSIST IN YOUR LOCATION EFFORT. AS ONE OF YOUR PRIOR ASSOCIATES STATED ...IT MIGHT BE AN FAA SITE. ALL FAA SITES MUST HAVE SOME VISUAL ID. THIS HAS NONE THAT I WAS ABLE TO VISUALLY ID.....THERE ARE A NUMBER OF "NOT SO PUBLIC" SITES IN THE BERKELEY HILLS AROUND TRINITY PL AND GRIZZLY PEAK.......HOPE THIS HELPFUL

There are some experimental licenses to Harris there including some aviation radar frequencies, but no significant permanent FCC licenses, which makes me think it's a federal facility (http://w4je.com/cgi-bin/geofreq.py?lat_deg=37.515417&lat_min=&lat_sec=&lat_dir=N&lon_deg=122.380028&lon_min=&lon_sec=&lon_dir=W&dmax=1&dmin=0&fmin=0&fmax=300000&lic=&call=&cdbs=1&coals=1&els=1&ibfs=1&uls=1&sort1=dist&sort2=&sort3=&sort4=&kmllab1=lic&kmllab2=&kmllab3=&kmltxt1=call&kmltxt2=freq&kmltxt3=&date=2020-04-27&submit=Submit)
