Those are KC-135Rs from the Ohio ANG at Rickenbacher ANGB in Columbus OH.  They are supporting the Combat Air Patrol over Camp David this weekend.

For the past couple of days I have been watching several KC35s taking turns doing sentinel duty flying an oval loop from north of Frederick (Camp David?) and just south of DC but now only going as far south as the Rockville area.
