[Scan-DC] Flyover

I am picking up activity on 260.900 (N/E Sector-Fuel) and on 350.25  (Guard Dog) this morning. Huntress, Nobel 01, and Nobel 02.   Nobel is currently “south of Frederick”.   I am assuming the CAP is active this morning.
