[Scan-DC] Reduction in air traffic

Looking at FlightRadar24 and a few other sights, I am amazed at the lack of
flights over the CONUS. Of course I understand why but its still chilling
to see. During 9/11 the whole country was shut down.

In a creepy way, it sort of reminds me of Stephen King's movie "The
Langoliers".
