[Scan-DC] USCG search in the Bay

 Certainly windy enough. There's a CCW spinning low off Massachusetts, and 
a CW spinning high over Ohio. The air is funneling SE right out the baybetween the two. This will last through tomorrow.

 Coast Guard helicopter has been running some sort of search in the Chesapeake Bay. Found this on the Anne Arundel listings. Think some kids got blown out into the Bay in a kayak.
