Wow!
How about 5 CH Monitors offering to take over operating ROCC and training the controllers?
Many of us have experience listening to communications to understand the operations and obviously more common sense. I have been monitoring Metro since before it started operations, and I taught First Aid & CPR to the first groups of station managers and train operators until I trained and certified Supervisors to teach the courses.
