The new owner, AJS Solutions, business description is "coatings". The
aircraft was registered to them 2019 July but the company didn't form as a
LLC until 2019 August. The principle of the company got his Private Pilot -
Rotorcraft rating 2019 April 29.

My guess is that is a 30-minute helicopter sightseeing tour. Monumental
Helicopters operates them out of Odenton.
