[Scan-DC] Fox5 Story on Omaha Helos

I assume the same thing they do during their routine surveillance flights
which is watch stuff on the ground with their very good camera systems.
Usually they're providing support for ICE narcotics investigations, or
southern border enforcement. They won't be noticed on the ground when
they're that high.
