You can start by using the database at RadioReference. Both BWI (where
I used to live very close by) and Martin State have significant military
freqs, and there's a steady report of aircraft transits (not much with
frequencies, but it does give you a good idea of what is coming and
going) here...

The nationwide air refueling routes. Note that these files will
disappear at month's end so get them while you can. This is from a

That ought to keep you busy. As you might guess you'll need a good
