[Scan-DC] WBAL TV Reporting Plane into a House

PG: Plane into a house,  house on fire, house partially collapsed, auto off,  bring fuel running down the drains in the street and one priority 4 so far,  and communications is trying to verify the tail numbers on the plan with command,  and the caller was saying she kept hearing explosions
