I have a WinRadio Excalibur with the DRM key. Nothing to be heard here in the USA. About 5 years ago I could pick up the Spain’s National Radio DRM broadcast but no more.

Apparently the radio broadcast industry wants to transition to HD, but it would require millions of people to buy new radios and current car radios would be obsolete. Doesn’t sound like it will happen anytime soon. It will be like the transition to digital TV, where OTA will be available for a long time. Using a small amplified indoor TV antenna, I can pick up over 30 digital channels very well in Reston.
