[Scan-DC] Feds admit radios interfere with garage door openers

Since Door Openers share with FEDS and are pretty cheap on the RX side, it
is like trying to listen to an 800 TRS while living next-door to a Cellular
site.

Been plenty of stories over the years on this topic across the country.

Heck even in a high RF zone, Car Alarm Remotes tend to not work unless right
on-top of the car.
