[Scan-DC] Whats old is new again?

I remember it and others well. I also remember mailing him an update
for a NORAD sector installation repeater recently closed which was
located at Ft. Lee, VA near where I live. He never responded and never
changed the erroneous info. Later someone I met at a Richmond
"Frostfest" who knew Kneitel told me that he did not make changes or
deletes because he believed that a potential buyer would not spend money
for his publications if he changed/deleted any of the frequencies in
them. Only new additions were acceptable. Needless to say I never bought
any subsequent publications of his "Secret" radio frequencies! In my
opinion, that is acting dishonestly!
