[Scan-DC] National Airport Flight Path Changes

It is more NIMBY [Not In My Back Yard] then broken down along any party line.

Like the folks who by a house with a closed Rail Road line/bed in the back yard
who complain when the Railroad re-opens the line

Like the folks who complain about lack of Cellular Reception
the get upset about the new cell site.
