[Scan-DC] WETA reception issues

FYI.. maybe not now but nlt 31 Dec 2020 the FCC has mandated  ALL 
current tv licensees in the 26-51 tv channels range will be given the 
date to stop transmitting and begin immediately transmitting in the tv 
channels 14-25 range.  The impacted station may or may not retain it's 
current call sign.  Each impacted station will be notified by the FCC 
when its' changeover date will be effective. This will continue until it 
ends midnight 31 Dec 2020. It has been in effect and happening now for 
appropriately 4-5 months.
