[Scan-DC] Eagle 1 in Frederick County

I would gladly offer to ride along with MSP Trooper just to operate the radios!

Your subject line says Eagle 1 in Frederick County but you’re text refers to a run by MSP in PG. It it MSP or USPP that’s having the problems?

Here in OC the MSP Troopers never seem to have the comms problem you describe.
