Just got back from an Eastern Shore trip and learned that in addition to Queen Anne’s County law enforcement, Talbot and Dorcester LENF, including Cambridge and Easton, are now encrypted.  Caroline’s dispatch is encrypted, but not their TACs.  Wicomico and Worcester are still open..... for now.
