[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel County Radio System Down

Someone tripped over the  power cord and unplugged the system.

The Anne Arundel County 800 mhz radio system went down for 40 or so minutes
this morning. Annapolis utilized Maryland FiRST Tac channels. Fire was
using 800mhz interop frequencies.

Anyone know what caused the outage?
