I had noticed less encrypted chatter on FBI radio channels in recent years
but did not realize it was such a complicated explanation, potentially.  I
wonder what app they use for cell phones... Zello?  So the Russians must be
good decrypting various secure platforms, not just one or two.

Any thoughts?
