[Scan-DC] Fwd: h25b on flightradar24

This is normal for "blocked" flights... private aircraft who owners have
their flight information blocked.  Normally, I'm able to put something
together such as the owner information between FlightRader24 and RadarBox24,
but they're both equally blocked for this flight.  My favorite, FlightAware,
is absolutely useless when it comes to blocked flights as I normally will
not even see them on the flight map.  This case is a perfect example.

I don't use Flightradar24 that often. This is the first flight I've seen
with no plane or flight info. Is this normal?
