Agreed... it also looks like they're returning to their point of origin,

Given that it U-turned at the ocean I imagine they have a maintenance issue
which led them to decide not to fly over the ocean (weather radar failure,
HF radio failure, etc.) but they could divert for any number of reasons.
The track would seem to point them toward Bermuda before the U-turn.
