[Scan-DC] Culpeper Co. Fire/EMS Dispatch

I heard yesterday that the old "low band" fire/EMS dispatch was out of
service because of parts but that the new "VHF" was now in service.

Assuming that 159.24 is the "VHF" what is the "low band" frequency?
