[Scan-DC] Sun Country Airlines 737-800s at DCA

I saw one a few days back, at the end of April, from a southbound Yellow Line train. I've already forgotten what day it was, but this was a few days after April 25, the date on which service from Dulles was supported to start. Sun Country must be contracting out its maintenance to someone at DCA. I don't see what else they would be doing at DCA. Does Sun Country have hops between IAD and DCA?

The plane was where I saw the first two, near Four Mile Run. It was parked near where Capital Airlines had its headquarters and hangers. If that doesn't help, we're talking about the end of the airport where the General Aviation terminal is now.

With the leaves out, it's getting hard to spot the planes from the trains anymore. 

What frequencies does Sun Country use for company business at IAD?
