[Scan-DC] External scanner speakers

You probably already noticed that some scanners, most likely all the newer ones, have output jacks that accommodate stereo headphones rather than a mono earpiece. My Bearcat SC180B, for an example, has a jack wired for stereo headphones. Not that that's a new scanner.
