[Scan-DC] New (old) uses for that SDR dongle

While this may be nothing new, I am suggesting that those scanning folks
that may have a RTL dongle lying around set it up again for unknown signal
chasing.
I have been able to find new or intermittent use frequencies in my area
using the RTL-SDR to capture those occasional blips that may signal usage
on a increasing manner on the 150 to 174 MHz range. While a lot of these
are digital trunked radios, some like business band usage might be of
interest for listeners near local construction projects, radio testing by
Public Service users among other things you might want to occasionally
listen in on but not actually want to program into a SDS-100 or other more
dedicated radio.
Just a thought...
Welcome to Spring!
