Heard a helicopter overhead, might have just left the pad, and traffic is now flowing normally.
Maybe he was getting a new hairweave.

Rockville Pike (Rt355) is closed to all southbound traffic at Cedar Lane and Northbound traffic at Jones Bridge Rd.
Only traffic I see is those cars exiting WR campus from north gate.
MoCo is doing their usual good job of screwing up all the traffic, letting one direction at a time go east & west, turning the Southbound traffic onto Cedar or West Cedar.  Unit on scene just requested Secret Service to let them know when to reopen the road.
