[Scan-DC] 355/Rockville Pike closed at Cedar Lane

Whats going on at WR Bethesda NMMC?Is his majesty getting his Annual checkup?
Rockville Pike (Rt355) is closed to all southbound traffic at Cedar Lane and Northbound traffic at Jones Bridge Rd.
Only traffic I see is those cars exiting WR campus from north gate.
MoCo is doing their usual good job of screwing up all the traffic, letting one direction at a time go east & west, turning the Southbound traffic onto Cedar or West Cedar.  Unit on scene just requested Secret Service to let them know when to reopen the road.
