[Scan-DC] NBC 4 IFB FREQUENCY

It comes from the tower. I get it on a car mounted antenna 20+ miles, rubber duckie @ 10 miles.

I was scanning through 455 mhz band and caught the nbc4 ifb frequency on 455.150mhz.  Anyone know what range this transmitter has? Just trying to determine if a remote crew is in my area or not.
