[Scan-DC] Does anyone have a list on SCAN-DC

If I understand what you're asking for, you should program the "flight
test" frequencies and other aviation itinerant frequencies. I have a lot of
them listed here under Aviation:

Another one I've found for air-to-air is 122.225.

Some of my favorites (and more frequently used ) on VHF are: 123.025
(helos), 123.325 (blimps), 122.75/123.45 (general air-to-air), 136.275
(DOJ), 136.375 (CBP).
