[Scan-DC] Fwd: Is MoCo Police still scannable?

Are they still on 496? I copied multiple PD broadcasts yesterday but it
showed up as WMATA .I am thinking for whatever reason Mont. county is
running encrypted comms as are Bethesda PD which is OK but correct me if
wrong on their system.

But WFT is happening on 496 Mhz has to be a fluke,  or analog is back in
fashion? Wouldn't that be a rub.... :)

Clear, or in the clear comms are rather rare in this day and age.
