[Scan-DC] Curious flights in FlightRadar24

Not sure about this but I've found that Flight Radar 24 is missing a lot of
the action compared to when I was listening to the raw ADSB signals. I
really should get back into that, but I doubt I'd hear them all the way out
there anyway. I used to work almost right off the runway of the Manassas
airport - every so often there'd be an interesting flight from there.
