 Navy tweet causes confusion during active-shooter response at Walter Reed
I just read this headline and have to say I am depressed. First I do not
tweet, instacam, reddit or otherwise have a social media account other than
Linked-In. Gave up Facebook before I even started. Maybe I am getting old
but with instant this and that communications via the net. Who do we hold
responsible anymore for stupid stuff?

That being said I monitored like many others the first responders in
Pittsburgh via a Android app and heard some num-nuts with a programmed
radio on their TAC channel making porn sounds over the radio. I think the
dispatcher called it a "Rogue radio" and told everyone to switch to another
frequency.

Do people even think anymore before they spout off ?  On a different note
does anyone have an interest in a PRO-97 for 45.00? I am selling one.

Perhaps things like the rogue radio is another reason the LE folks want
encryption to be used on a regular basis, God I hope not. And if they ever
manage to have the assets and time to find that guy I hope he enjoys AM
dxing with his transistor radio from behind bars.
