JNCR T/G 22753 is incident command (Navy Yard FD Alt)Reports Command Post has not given an all clear, waiting for K9 to clear buildings 9 & 10 before he will clear the incident.
PD units on 22440 is annoyed because someone has told people that the all clear has been given and civilians are beginning to mill around outside the buildings.

MoCo has just given all units an all clear and return to service
