*  Most of the F&W Virginia frequencies are low power high vhf 
frequencies and are licensed for statewide operation, i.e., snake head 
tracking, etc.  To spare the readers, I am not listing all of them 
here.  But, for example, KIW636 163.8000 mhz. is one of nine licensed to 
the "Jonathan  Warner Bayless/Mason Neck W. R" for wildlife tracking.

   Regarding voice, here are the few my Va. frequency database shows:  
408.3500/Unknown DC - Operations; 408.6750/410.6250 mhz. and 410.925 
mhz. simplex for Law Enforcement Ops. statewide and 416.6300 mhz. 
simplex for coordination with EPA in the DC area.

I assume being a federal agency they have upgraded their radios.
