[Scan-DC] GRECOM PSR 800 Windows 10 Problem

Hi all-

I recently obtained a new laptop running Win 10.  I was able to load my PSR
800 information on the computer, but can't figure out how to get the
scanner to communicate with the computer.  While the program can get
updated info from the internet, it won't recognize the scanner.  I Googled
the problem, but the solutions all seem very complex and could brick the
scanner.

Has anyone come across this problem and a possible solution.  If not, the
first $200 offer gets the scanner 😁.
