[Scan-DC] After action report- Chm South meetup

The meetup occurred at the usual spot. There was a total of three in
attendance.

The usual conversations started with what our current interests and
projects were within the hobby. We then discussed at length current and
former/abandonded federal radio sites.

I think we may suspend the meetups until January to accommodate the
holidays.

We are very welcoming to anyone with interests in any form of radio
communications: amateur radio, scanning, swl, etc.  If you have something
to share we also could use anyone that wishes to present a topic. Bring
your newest toy from Christmas to share and demonstrate. The more the
merrier. Please let others in your circles know about us.

The January date is to be determined.
