[Scan-DC] Is the TRACON tour still on?

For those of us who are not on Facebook:

  *   Are there any updates on the tour?
  *   Is it still Oct 17th at 11:00 AM?
  *   Where and when do we meet?
  *   Do we need to provide any information for security?
  *   Who is the current organizer?
