I am making the dreaded assumption that USPP has pulled the plug on the old clear voice frequencies and is now fully utilizing the new totally encrypted system.  

Since being advised this morning that nothing is being heard, I have been exclusively monitoring 166.925, 167.075, 166.725 & 166.85 and 172.475 for the past 5 hours and have heard absolutely nothing.
