Since I made that post.  I have been able to hear the other districts 
w/o any problem.  Because, I am paying attention more. I think part of 
the reason I wasn't seeing it.  Is because I have the back-lit display 
at its' lowest setting.  So have to press the 'squelch' button every 
time I hear something.  So I don't burn an image into the display.
