I have the BCD325p2.  Agreed, If I can see communications from 4D. I 
should be able to see communications from all the other Districts, as 
well.  While I live in a wooded town south of Olde Towne Gaithersburg, 
and northeast of the Shady Grove Rd./Rt. 355 intersection.  4D comes in 
w/o any problem.  The same with Howard County.
