Correction on last....MSP Trooper 3 on scene, not Trooper 2.   Trooper 3 was
diverted in from a training exercise.

Trooper 2 is overhead now receiving emergency beacon from area of the
Potomac River and 340 bridge...however, there was a similar plane matching
the same description tracked flying the same path that may have actually
landed at Frederick Airport, but they cannot confirm it.  Multiple witnesses
saw the plane travel upstream over the 340 bridge flying at a very low
altitude without engine noise, however no one can actually confirm any crash
or impact sounds.  Jefferson Co, Washington Co, Frederick Co, Loudoun Co and
MSP Trooper 2 on scene.   Ops as mentioned.
