In Frederick County, I listen to them on the Maryland FIRST system on TG
7292 SHA D7. I'm not really sure what all SHA District 7 covers, but it
seems to at least cover all of Frederick County MD. Cart can also switch
to TG 7376 MSP B Frederick, which is permanently (for now) patched to the
Frederick County P25 system TG 5668 MSP B OPS. I've heard that SHA can
also be patched in to Frederick County TGs 5671 SHA OPS & 5672 SHA TRAF,
but that doesn't seem to be on all the time.
