[Scan-DC] Aircraft on 150.5625 talking about PAX

I recently read that the Queen Elizabeth (UK’s newest aircraft carrier) is headed over to the area to pick up some F35s from Pax River  to start practicing carrier ops.

I bet that would sound pretty interesting.

For some reason, 150.5625 is in my scan list (I am still in Delaware).
Earlier tonight I monitored two aircraft chatting about Pax River on it.  I
don't recall hearing any specific identifiers.

It was slightly off freq (the actual freq is likely higher as I tried
150.5620 several times but was unable to change my step setting fast enough
to move up before they stopped talking).  It was also apparently FM.

I've been hearing quite a bit of milair chatter this past week or so on
those AM freqs in the 138-150 MHz band.  I assume they are training off the
coast.

Also bugging me was N948PH, a helo apparently leased to PHI.  It flew a
loop earlier from Pax River, turned around at Rehoboth and returned to Pax.
