[Scan-DC] Multiple unmarked vehicles in So Maryland / Rt 4

I’ve the past ten minutes a parade of unmarked vehicles, black or grey pickups and suburbans fully kitted our with police lights in the grill and on the dash have sped through Prince Frederick on their way southbound on Route 4. Not sure who or what. Not a motorcade but a response. Down that direction is Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant and eventually PAX River navy base. Does MD have a State Police SWAT team or something? Kind of odd.
